Kuwait-based low-cost carrier (LCC) Jazeera Airways posted a loss of 8.2 million Kuwaiti dinars (US$28.4 million) for the full year 2009, compared with a year-earlier profit of US$15.6 million, as the global recession took its toll on demand.
