Qazaq Air adds new routes to its network

Qazaq Air announced the launch of regular flights from Atyrau to Uralsk and Aktau, continuing the airline’s route network expansion.

From December 1st, the Almaty-based airline will start to fly between the largest cities in the West of Kazakhstan on Fridays and Sundays.

The new flights will be operated with the airline’s fleet of Bombardier Q400s. The flights to Uralsk will take 50 minutes, while the flights to Aktau will take 40 minutes.

Uralsk is not only the administrative centre of West Kazakhstan Oblast, but it is a major business destination. Through Qazaq Air’s flights, Uralsk will be connected by air with the western oil capitals of Kazakhstan, Atyrau and Aktau with its port on the Caspian Sea. This will help the citizens of the area, the professionals involved in oil and gas industry and the economy of the region in general.

These new routes will compliment the airline’s existing connections from Atyrau to Aktobe and on the Shymkent through connecting flights.

As can be seen from the above, . Qazaq Air currently operates from Almaty to Aktobe, Astana, Atyrau, Kostanai, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Semey, Taldykorgan and Shymkent.
